Jason Haslam

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Jason Haslam is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. He has completed advanced orthopaedic surgical training with a fellowship in upper extremity surgery, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. Dr. Haslam also has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. A portion of his training included microsurgery, nerve and vascular surgery. Dr. Haslam enjoys working in all areas of orthopedics, so his practice scope and experience is broad. He is as comfortable and confident in performing surgical cases of complex joint reconstruction of the knees and hips as he is with intricate microsurgery repair of digital vessels and nerves.


Dr. Haslam’s extensive training and experience ensures his patients receive top-notch, comprehensive orthopaedic care. Dr. Haslam’s education includes a mechanical engineering degree from Brigham Young University, in Utah; his Medical Doctorate degree from Loma Linda University, in California; his orthopaedic surgery residency at University of California Irvine; and, his upper extremity fellowship at University of Rochester, in New York.


Dr. Haslam is most proud of his three amazing children and their individual accomplishments. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, kiteboarding, wingfoiling, cycling and pickleball.
